Looks like a rip-off of a Woolly Bugger variation I saw in Mid Atlantic Fly Fishing Guide years ago. It was tied on a #8 3xl hook with a brown marabou tail, peacock body, furnace saddle hackle, red thread collar, and a copper bead. Sound familiar?
